Another school makeover
Fr Owen, Parish Priest of Sitima Parish was recently visited by his brother, nephew and friend. They decided their family holiday would be a working one culminating in a gift to the community.
Working with local builders, they removed the damaged plaster from the classroom walls, replastered and repainted them, installed new doors and windows, and even repaired the potholes in the classroom floors
The children of Nakhombe School are absolutely delighted with their beautifully restored learning spaces and the teachers are smiling too.
