
Volunteers back in Sitima
With the lifting of Covid restrictions, two volunteers, Chris and Marian, have been able to return to Malawi after a break of two years. Chris reports; “It’s lovely to be back again, immediately slotting back into Sitima life. With regard to Covid, everything appears to be very safe with no known cases in our immediate area. Whilst here we intend to follow up on our projects, evaluating progress and making suggestions for how we go forward. Lots of updates coming!”

Kachulu School
This school, in a particularly impoverished area has been lacking toilets – but not any more. Thanks to the generosity of Irish Aid, N4BW has been able to build six new toilets on the school site.
Ann is walking 1000 miles
Ann Haggin from Kendal is part way through a 1000 mile virtual walk from Land’s End to John O’Groats in aid of children’s education in Malawi.
