Three volunteers in Malawi

Elaine
This is Elaine's second visit, and she is continuing the work she began with the women of the village, supporting them on their path to self-sufficiency.

Jean
During Jean's stay, she will be assisting headteachers in making their schools even better places of learning. She will help them explore ways of improving systems and structures and support them in putting these plans into action.

Marcin
Marcin has visited many times before, and the villagers are, as always, delighted to welcome him back. He is taking on a number of roles, including practical work refurbishing classroom chalkboards. As a trustee, Marcin will also be evaluating some of the work previously undertaken by N4BW and setting the wheels in motion for the next phase of school building improvements.
