Bikes for learners
Bike Town Africa, a charity based in the United States, has very kindly donated a total of 350 bikes to our area much to the delight of the many beneficiaries
The headteacher at one of the receiving schools, Umodzi, reported;
"We received the bikes on 14th of May. There were indeed 120. On 15th of May David and his friends from Bike Town Africa, came and fixed all the bikes. Today we had a great ceremony of distributing the bikes to the students. The team of David was joined by the Country Director of World Bicycle Relief.
It was a colourful ceremony.
I therefore would want to extend my gratitude on behalf of the students and the community around here".
